Our services
Strickland Safety Consulting, LLC (“Strickland Safety”) provides safety consulting, safety training, written safety programs, site audits, and compliance management services (including ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta account management). Services are provided under the agreement or engagement in place with each client.
Training & certificates
Certificates and training cards document that the named person completed the described training on the stated date. Certificates reference the specific course version taken, may carry an expiration date, and can be verified using the QR code or verification link printed on them. Certificates are records of training completion; they are not a license and do not guarantee job performance.
No guarantee of compliance or safety outcomes
Safety is ultimately managed in the field by each employer. While we bring three decades of experience to every engagement, our services support — and do not replace — each client's own legal responsibility for workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Strickland Safety does not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome, audit result, platform grade, or that incidents will not occur.
Accounts & portal use
Portal logins are for the named person only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your login. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is being misused. Data in the portal is provided for your company's own compliance and training management.
Payment
Fees are as stated in your engagement, invoice, or at the time of online purchase. Invoices are due on the terms stated on them. Online course purchases, where offered, are charged at checkout.
Text messaging terms
By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Strickland Safety related to safety training and compliance (certificates, reminders, and data requests). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help, or call (580) 252-0333. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
Intellectual property
Training materials, safety programs, the Safety Brain Series, Strickland Safety Briefs, and platform content are the property of Strickland Safety Consulting, LLC and are licensed for use by our clients and their employees — not for resale or redistribution.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strickland Safety's total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and Strickland Safety is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
