We use this information to deliver training and certificates, maintain compliance records, verify certifications, communicate about services, and meet regulatory requirements (such as OSHA recordkeeping). We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, we send text messages related to safety training and compliance — for example, training certificates, training reminders, and requests for compliance data. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with your employer (for employer-sponsored training), with compliance platforms you or your employer participate in (such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, or Avetta), with service providers who help us operate (such as email and text delivery providers), and where required by law.

Security & retention

Records are stored securely with access controls. Training and certification records are retained as required for compliance purposes. Certificates are permanent records by design.
